Often the preservation world is far from ideal, and with a limited supply of funding and volunteer labour restoration progress often takes longer than everyone would like. With so many vehicles to restore it is inevitable that a "restoration queue" forms with vehicles held in storage until it is their turn to be returned to their former glory. Our group is no exception with three 104's and four support vans awaiting restoration. The plans range from a quick clean up and repaint externally only (for the vans) to full "from-the bottom-up" rebuilds for the 104s that were in the worst condition such as M59137.
